Rude Awakening

I was half asleep in bed last night when my phone went off. In the dark, I flipped open my phone to read the SMS. As I was reading my message, the shadow of a spider crawled across the screen of my phone. Doing what any other sane person might do, I screamed, HURLED my phone across the room, jumped out of bed to turn on the lights and armed myself with a big swab of tissue. I couldn't find the damn thing!!! At first I thought I was dreaming, but I could still feel the damn thing crawling over me. I was about to grab my blanket and go sleep in the spare room (Yes I'm a wuss. So sue me. Biaatch) when I saw the little bugger crawling around. Doing the "one handed-keep as much distance between you and it" move, I had the thing squished in tissue and flushed. >_< Lets just say I was wide awake and took me ages to fall back asleep after.....Bloody freakin#$%!#^$@#^@#&^ Thats probably why I've never liked rain much. It always brings out the spiders. >_< I'm going to install a fly screen like thing in that vent thing in the wall in my room this weekend...that is NOT going to happen again...
