This has got to stop!!

For some unknown reason, I decided to pull out my entire DVD collection last night so I could categorise them and make a list of what I have. This is when I realise how much crap I buy! I found DVDs I don't even remember buying. E.g. The first emperor of China, Tolkien Master of the Ring, BRITNEY SPEARS Music videos! WTF? I made a list of all the DVDs I have and whether I've watched it before or not. The result? I've watched 29 out of the 91 DVDs I have. Thats not even 1/3 of them! I know its not a big collection, but mind you, I didn't start collecting DVDs until about 3 years ago. Thats about 2-3 DVDs a month. And 91 are only the ones I could find. God knows where else I've stashed my DVDs. I mean the things I found whilst packing last night was scary. A missing necklace I bought during my first trip to Turkey in 2004. A print I bought off a guy in the streets of NY. I don't even remember buying it! Belly dancing costumes I bought last year and this year! A set of bangles and earrings I bought a few months ago. 3 pairs of brand new shoes I've never worn. I can't believe how much I buy! This is ridiculous! I even bought a book called "My life is all ha ha he he". ?!?!?!?! I have GOT to stop buying things I don't need!! Its going to very hard.....especially with xmas coming up....but its all about self control. I MUST RESIST!
